Gentle Pursuit Designs Jean Key 1798

Just arrived and absolutely gorgeous, Jean Key 1798 from Gentle Pursuit Designs. This Scottish sampler features a large building at the top that may be a school with smaller houses below, along with a horse, birds, fruit trees, and baskets of fruit and flowers. The chart is beautiful itself with large clear diagrams and pages of history. Stitches employed are cross over one and two, double running/back stitch, and satin stitch. AVAS is used on Russian Tea Cake.
