Shipping policy

 

 Orders are generally sent First Class (taking usually 3 days to a week within the United States) or Priority (2-3 days estimated).

I’m unable to hold orders for prolonged periods of time. I ask that customers please hold off on ordering until they are ready to pay and have the orders sent. Occasionally I may hold orders waiting for merchandise to come in or in the case of pre-orders. I will need payment for pre-orders beforehand in order to assure adequate stock. 

Customers also need to please check their email including their spam folders carefully to avoid missing receipt of their invoice. 

 

Additional charges may apply domestically to overweight, irregular shaped, or large objects.

We’re have limited international shipping to Australia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Canada. Due to new GPSR policies, Victorian Rose has had to discontinue shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland. Occasionally shipping may be greater than what is estimated and an invoice will be sent for the difference, generally if orders exceed the base rate by $10 or more.
