Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping (US): Physical orders within the United States are generally sent via Ground Advantage (usually taking 3 days to a week).

• International Orders (PDFs): For our wonderful stitchers outside the US, we are currently offering international orders exclusively via digital PDFs so you can get your charts instantly without any overseas shipping hassles or extra fees!

• Order Timing: To keep things running smoothly, we aren't able to hold orders for prolonged periods of time. We kindly ask that you place your order when you are fully ready to pay and ship. (The only exceptions are pre-orders or when we are holding an order for incoming merchandise!)

• Pre-Orders: Payment for pre-orders is needed beforehand so we can ensure we have adequate stock reserved just for you.

• Keep an Eye on Your Inbox: Please be sure to double-check your email—including your spam folder—so you don't miss any important invoices, digital files, or updates regarding your order!

• Domestic Extras: Additional shipping charges may occasionally apply domestically for overweight, irregularly shaped, or large physical objects.
