Welcome to Victorian Rose Needlearts! By visiting our shop and purchasing our charts, fabrics, or supplies, you agree to a few simple guidelines that help us keep everything running smoothly for our stitching community.
-
Using Our Site: You are welcome to browse, pre-order, and purchase from our store for personal, non-commercial use. All digital downloads (PDFs) and printed charts are protected by copyright, meaning they are for your own personal stitching enjoyment and cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed.
-
Accuracy of Information: We always do our absolute best to ensure our product descriptions, photos, and pricing are as accurate as possible. Occasionally, human error can happen, and we reserve the right to correct any typos, inaccuracies, or update details at any time.
-
Orders & Payments: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Because of the nature of digital PDF charts and specialty craft supplies, all sales on downloaded files are final.
-
Friendly Communication: We love our customers and are always here to help if you run into any issues with an order. Please reach out to us at VictorianRose.info@gmail.com, and we will always do our best to make things right!
Thank you so much for supporting our small shop and happy stitching!
