Refund policy
Credit card numbers are not stored on our system. In fact, I never see credit card information. Processing orders through our shopping cart system helps in keeping accurate records of inventory and for tax purposes.
No cash refunds are given in order to keep the quality of our merchandise high and because I have a very small store that operates on a thin margin. I am able to give store credit only and must be notified within 7 days of receipt of any problems with an order. Charts are not returnable by copyright law. I try not to let fabric go out with spots or problems, but if there are issues please contact the dyer as I am not responsible for their errors. Return postage and all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow two weeks for delivery of items before contacting me. I really can't help what happens with the mail. It is usually much quicker, but apparently sometimes items just sit in the system and don't move for an unspecified period of time. Items are available for local pick up if you're in the area. Prices are subject to change without notice, if our suppliers have changed theirs for instance. We really try not to do that, but it may be unavoidable at times. I also do not have control over my suppliers not having items in stock and do appreciate your patience. Ours is mostly a hand made hobby and I'm not supplied like the big box stores. Most of my suppliers are mom and pop operations bringing you the very best items that they can. Many of these folks do have day jobs and can't just whip something out for you overnight. Bills do have to be paid and even though we're dedicated to our art, the demands of life do have to be met. You don't create your masterpieces at the snap of the fingers and neither do they. Please rest assured that we're all doing the very best that we can. Patience is still a virtue.
