New Postage Rates...

Because sometimes all you want is a chart! Check out the new postage rates on under $24.99.  The flat rate postage for over $25 is still a great bargain, but I do understand that there are times that you just want a chart and the price on that was a little steep. Honestly, it was to encourage buying more, but I'm a customer too and sometimes all you want isn't that expensive. Either way, I do hope that you'll enjoy shopping at Victorian Rose.
